Security groups in BigTime let you specify how much access and administrative power you want to give to your staffers. For instance, you could create a “Accounting” security group with financial and invoicing permissions and add members of your finance team to it. When you set up a security group, you’ll be prompted to select individual user rights that determine access to certain types of firm info or BigTime features. Each user right is grouped under an umbrella category matching the aspects of BigTime’s user experience that they control.
