Once your BigTime Payments application has been approved, you’ll be able to start processing client payments and depositing them into your bank account entirely within BigTime. You’ll also be granted access to an analytics dashboard to help you keep track of how your firm’s financial operations are trending.
By default, this dashboard will be named A/R Dashboard. However, you might use different language to describe the data housed in your dashboard. If that’s the case, you can easily change the name of your dashboard to match your needs.
To edit the name of your BigTime Payments dashboard, click the THREE LINES in the top right corner of your dashboard. A picklist will appear with two options; click the EDIT DASHBOARD option.
A pop-up window will appear where you can edit details about your dashboard. Type your desired dashboard name into the field labeled EDIT BOARD NAME. In the example below, we’re renaming our dashboard “Financial Dashboard”. Once you’ve made your changes, click the blue EDIT BOARD button.
Your BigTime Wallet dashboard will immediately update to reflect your new dashboard name.
