If you run into issues while using BigTime, our support team is here to help. In case you encounter any issues within BigTime Mobile, we’ve made it easy for you to submit a support ticket to our team directly through the app. To do so, first go to BigTime Mobile’s settings screen by tapping the GEAR icon on the main HOME screen.
In the Settings screen, you’ll see an option to EMAIL SUPPORT. Tapping this option will open your email app on your phone, allowing you to submit a support request to support@bigtime.net.
Our support team is online between the hours 8:30AM CST and 5:30PM CST.
