Attaching a Receipt to an Expense in BigTime Mobile

If you’ve read the article about entering expenses with BigTime Mobile, you’ll know that you have the option to attach a receipt to an expense before submitting it. This article will walk you through that process.

First, open the expense details modal by following the steps in this article. Here, you’ll see a hyperlinked option to attach a receipt to your expense. Tap this link. Now, you have two options: Take a picture of your receipt, or upload a photo of the receipt from your camera roll.

Tap TAKE A PICTURE to take a photo of your receipt. You’ll need to give BigTime Mobile permission to use your phone to take this photo.

Alternatively, attach a photo of your receipt from your camera roll by tapping the UPLOAD PHOTO option. Your camera roll will open and you can tap on the photo of your choice. There's also a third option to upload a PDF.

You’ve now successfully attached a receipt to your expense! Now, just follow the steps to fill out your other expense details and either save or submit the expense.
