BigTime Wallet Payment Reports

There are three BigTime Wallet reports to use on your Report Center: Deposit Report, Fee Statement Report, and Fee Statement Detail Report.

The data that populate in these reports are pulled from your merchant account. That way, you can view all payment history details within BigTime -- instead of logging into a separate account. Plus, we run a transaction each hour to ensure the report data is current.

This article will show you how to access and use these reports.

First, get to your Report Center. Click ANALYTICS...REPORT CENTER from your navigation bar.

Then, scroll to the end of your window and you’ll see the Wallet reports.

Let’s look at each one.

Deposit Report

This report will show you all of your deposits for a particular date range.

Here are some points to keep in mind:

See deposits for a particular date range. Click on the DATE RANGE (the button on your navigation bar) and two calendars will appear, where you can select your desired date range.

Customize report fields. This report comes with several standard fields:

Deposit number
Client
Payment ID
Date
Type (eg, VISA or BANK)
Last Four CC (eg, the last 4 digits of the credit card or account number)
Authorization Code
Total ($)

However, you can remove any of these fields from the report or adjust the positioning of these fields by clicking on the GEAR icon. Then, click APPLY to apply your changes.
