WHERE IS BIGTIME HOSTED?
Our primary hosting platform is Amazon Web Services (AWS). We also host a small number of services on Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory). -
WHERE ARE YOUR DATA CENTERS?
BigTime is hosted in the US-EAST region of AWS. We replicate data to the US-WEST region as well. All BigTime data centers are based in the United States. -
WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR A CLIENT TO ACCESS BIGTIME?
Chrome is our preferred browser, but any modern web browser will work. There are no required software installations. -
WHAT DATABASE ENGINE DOES BIGTIME USE?
