Administrators can set up multiple firms in BigTime if you run operations for more than one company. This allows you to log time and manage resources for different firms all in one place. In BigTime Mobile, it’s easy to switch between firms so you can use the app to record timers, timesheets and expenses for different firms in the app. To switch to a different firm, first go to the Settings screen by tapping the GEAR icon on your main HOME screen.
You’ll now see a list of options, one of which is labeled SWITCH FIRM. Tap this option.
After that, you’ll see a list appear with all of your active firms. Switch to another firm by tapping on any from the list. After doing so, you’ll now be able to view recorded time and expenses and add new ones for your newly selected firm.
