If one of your staffers has a certain skill certification, it’s possible for you to upload their certification documents directly into BigTime. You can do so directly from the SKILLS tab of your staffer’s settings.
If you created a skill and filled the SKILL TYPE field out as “Certification”, you’ll be allowed to upload and attach a file to that skill. In the example below, we created a skill called “Master’s Degree”, and made it’s skill type “Certification”. Under the FILE header for your skill certification, you’ll see a hyperlink labeled UPLOAD FILE.
Clicking on this link will open a pop-up window where you can select a file to upload. Click the CHOOSE A FILE button and select the file you’d like to upload.
Once you’ve made your selection, click UPLOAD.
You’ll be redirected back to the SKILLS tab for your staffer. The file you uploaded will now appear in the FILE field for that skill. If you want to add a different file, or delete the file you just uploaded, you can click the EDIT hyperlink next to that file.
This will take you again to a pop-up window where you can either delete or replace the file you chose.
