Skills matching is an elective feature in BigTime that you can use to make smarter choices when delegating tasks to staffers. In order to take advantage of BigTime’s skills matching tool, you first need to activate the feature. Here are the steps you’ll need to take to do so.
1. Click on the MY COMPANY tab in your main navigation bar, and then click MY COMPANY from the dropdown menu to be taken to your company’s settings.
2. In your company settings window, click on the header tab labeled ACTIVE FEATURES. This will take you to the list of all the features your firm has activated, as well as the ones that are available but haven’t yet been turned on.
3. Next to each feature is a toggle switch where you can turn the feature ON or OFF. Find the SKILLS feature in this list and make sure the switch next to it is in the ON position.
4. Finally, click the blue SAVE button to save your changes.
