Because our Knowledge Base includes historical articles, you may still see old product names in some instructions or screenshots. This article can help you match old names to new ones.
Why we updated product names
We wanted product names that clearly describe each tool's function. This update makes connecting the name you see in the platform easier with its purpose, especially if you use multiple BigTime products together.
It also helps create a consistent experience across the platform.
