Overview
The PROJECTS PERFORMANCE report offers a quick insight into the most important information about your project and its demand. You'll see when your project or its demand extends beyond the due date and by how many days. Additionally, this report lets you see which projects perform well by comparing estimations, scheduling, and actuals regarding finances and work.
This is the only report without an option to set a date range. It is intended to show the budget's “burn-in” throughout the project. You have a budget, and you want to track its use. This budget is entered by demand, and actual assignments show how much of the budget provided in the demand has been used. The primary purpose of this report is to look at the project's budget usage.
The report may also indicate that your budget is running out. With this report, you will always stay informed, and you can contact the client to discuss budget considerations.
Some companies do not use demand at all. If there is no scheduled demand, scheduling becomes the demand.
