Filtering Rules

By Assignment(s) Connected/Unconnected to a Demand

While connecting a demand to an assignment, you’ll notice the ADD FILTER button above. This filter cannot be removed. The list of assignments you can connect to a demand will show either assignments that already have a demand or assignments that do not.

Displaying a list of assignments without demand Assignment Without Demand: Equals True
Displaying a list of assignments with demand Assignment Without Demand: Equals False

The EQUALS must be set to “true” to see a list of assignments without demand. If you want to see a list of assignments with demands, the filter must be “false.” You cannot remove this filter, but you can change it depending on what kind of information you’d like to see. You cannot simultaneously set the list to display assignments with and without demand.

By Date

If DEMAND is selected for the date filter, all assignments with demand will be displayed, even if their dates only partially overlap.

Let's say we added a demand between 01/01/2024 and 05/31/2024. We have three assignments that we could connect to the demand.

  • Assignment from June 1st, 2024,
  • Assignment from December 12th to April 1st, 2024,
  • Assignment from January 1st to May 31st, 2024.

The first one will not be displayed on the list because it does not start on the dates required by the demand dates.

Troubleshooting: Inability to Connect Assignment To Demand

If the assignment is connected to a demand, you cannot connect it to another DEMAND . The icon will be disabled and cannot be interacted with.

Additionally, the system will display a LINK button next to the staffer’s name to let you know that the assignment is already connected to the demand:
