In BigTime Foresight, you can access a team member calendar that will give you a bird's eye view of your employees’ assignments, time off, and other details to help you manage your resources. You can access this calendar from BigTime by clicking on the RESOURCING navigation bar tab and then clicking PEOPLE CALENDAR. This will take you out of BigTime and navigate you to the People Calendar in Foresight.
If you’re already in Foresight, you can get to the Team Members Calendar by clicking the CALENDAR tab in your main navigation sidebar and then clicking the TEAM MEMBERS sub-tab below.

Setting Up Your Team Members' Calendar
You have many options when it comes to customizing your Calendar view. You can set filters so it only displays certain data types, or you can change the date range you’d like to see. You can:
- Choose your view type,
- Choose data granulation,
- Set up the number of results per page,
- Set up data sorting,
- Choose filters (MAGNIFYING GLASS icon on the right),
- Choose assignment’ types you would like to see in the calendar, and
- Set up data grouping as needed.
If you use a utilization filter, you can change the date range by clicking the settings button as in the picture below:

One element of this view is the search bar, which allows you to filter the data you need. Read the article to learn more about how filtering in Foresight works.
How can I change how bars summarizing the scheduled hours' status are counted on the calendar?
If you want to change how the calendar bar graph summarizes the status of scheduled hours, you can do so by opening MY SETTINGS and checking off the appropriate boxes in the SCHEDULED UTILIZATION SETTINGS section.
What does "Grouping Disabled" mean?
If you select the “grouping disabled” sorting option in your calendar, all assignments will be sorted by date from oldest to newest. The calendar will fill in one line with as much data as the calendar view will allow, considering the order in which assignments were created.
