On March 17, 2020, the digital certificate for the Sync Agent will expire. So you need to install the update if you’re a TaxLink user. This article will show you how.
NOTE: If you’re a QuickBooks Desktop user, you’ll need to make a separate update.
Click on the GEAR ICON located at the top right of your Tax Link, and select Check for Updates from the picklist that populates.
Click EXIT AND INSTALL UPDATE.
